DASHA MALYGINA: I can’t say that I like it..Because it is so hard, you work – work – work and you don’t have much, all your money goes to your agencies: 30% in Milan,70% in Paris,50% in NY,20% in London..and you need to pay the driver, the apartment, the airfare…

PONY RYDER: You did Prada and MIU MIU show. Was it hard to walk in their shoes?
DASHA MALYGINA: In Prada no,but MIU MIU was sooo hard, because we had very uncomfortable shoes..and high heels!

PONY RYDER: What does it mean when you are Prada exclusive? How did you react to that?
DASHA MALYGINA: It means that’s the only show you’re doing in Milan and you don’t need to go to castings for other shows..it’s good because you don’t feel tired for that fashion week!

PONY RYDER: You also walked for Marc Jacobs, Luella, Pucci, Burberry Prorsum, etc… what show did you enjoy working the most?
DASHA MALYGINA: Luella, I did hair and makeup and ALL of the lookbook and the show for this designer, she was very friendly and I had fun working with those people…

DASHA MALYGINA: When I was 4 years old, I fell down from a swing. I love my scar very much.

DASHA MALYGINA: Yes, every Russian model smokes. Because it is so to easy buy cigarettes in Russia when you are12 years old and you don’t have an ID… It is a problem of Russia.. It’s bad.. I’d like to stop but I can’t… PONY RYDER: And how did your friendship with Lyoka Tyagnereva start?
DASHA MALYGINA: We have the same agency in St. Petersburg and Moscow, she is a very good girl and I am very happy that I know this girl, she is my good friend.

DASHA MALYGINA: We have many beautiful girls. I don’t no why, but now clients like non-beautiful girls, they always take non-beautiful girls so beautiful girls don’t work much now.
