Skin care.

ANNE VYALITSYNA: I’ve very lucky in that I have good skin, and I
believe that less is more when it comes to maintaining it.

I don’t get
facials and I never wear makeup to bed.

I use mostly oils for
moisturizing, such as
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Nourishing Oil. I also like Weleda Wild Rose Cream.

I believe that a homemade fruit, berry, cucumber or avocado mask can be
extremely nourishing. But I think your skin looks best when you eat
well, exercise and get enough sleep. Your face and body are a mirror of
your happiness.
Must-have items.
ANNE VYALITSYNA: RMS Beauty Lip and Skin Balm, mascara, concealer, a travel-size bottle of Chanel Chance Eau Tendre, a camera and my iPhone.
Concealer and mascara.

ANNE VYALITSYNA:  Clinique Lash Power Mascara is great when I do a smoky eye and I don’t want the lashes to be overpowering. When it’s just about the lashes, then L’Oreal Million Lashes Mascara.

For concealer, I use Chantecaille‘s New Stick foundation/concealer.
Hair.
ANNE VYALITSYNA: I use Sachajuan
Intensive Repair Shampoo and Conditioner, as well as Over Night Repair
Care. I also use Je Veux Argan Moroccan Oil when my hair is feeling
extra-weak.
Hairstylists.
ANNE VYALITSYNA: Larry Raspanti
at Whittemore House has been doing my hair color for the last eight
years. He keeps it in great condition. As for haircuts, I’m lucky enough
to work with some top hairstylists, so if I’m in need of a trim, they
usually help me out.
Workout routine.
ANNE VYALITSYNA: I do pay very close attention to my diet. I
never skip meals, and I eat extremely healthily.

I don’t eat meat, and I
never drink while I’m on the road. Even when I splurge, I stick to
amazing, quality foods.

I take a multivitamin in the winter. I think its
good to listen to your body — you’ll crave what it’s lacking. For
instance, if I’m craving oranges or salmon, I know I’m missing vitamin c
and omega 3 and so on.

As far as staying fit, I do a lot of yoga and I
run in soft sand in sneakers for 30 minutes, which really tightens up
the body.

My trainer, Justin Gelband, uses bands, strength and stability
training and boxing.

I like to throw Pilates, horseback riding and
dancing into the mix. I recommend finding something active that you
enjoy, so it becomes fun and good for the mind.
