Q: What do you do to stay so slender?
KELLY MITTENDDORF: Eat right (I do lean
proteins and veggies for lunch and dinner and more protein (SURPRISE)
and fruits for breakfast and two snacks throughout the day) and run,
walk, jump rope, do jumping jacks-anything active. Don’t drive yourself
super crazy about eating, if you want cookie dough have a table spoon at
the end of the day. Lots of water!
