PONY RYDER: Nika, are you a vegan?

NIKA LAURAITIS: Hells to the no. It’s unnatural to be a vegan in my opinion..and much too difficult. I love all food.

PONY RYDER: Has your diet changed since you started modeling?

NIKA LAURAITIS: When I first started modeling I could eat whatever I wanted and nothing would happen, now that I’m older I have to be more careful of what I eat. I’ve cut back on carbs and I eat more fruit and vegetables than I used to but nothing to extreme.

PONY RYDER: What do you eat for breakfast?

NIKA LAURAITIS: Cereal, eggs, or oatmeal..depends on my mood

PONY RYDER: How do you maintain your body shape?

NIKA LAURAITIS: I walk almost everywhere in the city, and recently I just joined Equinox.

PONY RYDER: You are a swimmer! Do you find swimming better than any other type of exercise?

NIKA LAURAITIS: Swimming is great excersice because its low impact and you work your whole body, arms, legs, core, and cardio. I’m still on the hunt for a pool that i like in NYC.

PONY RYDER: I don’t know how do you stand the chlorine from the pool water! Do you moisturize your body after swimming?
